Hi X.
I have just bought the X Theme and installed on my wordpress site Ver 4.3 “Billie”

I am having issues installing the Cornerstone plugin
This is the message I get

I am using Version 4.0.6

Installing Plugin: Cornerstone
The plugin does not have a valid header.
Downloading install package from http://www.craftbeerandbiltong.com/theoohbox/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/cornerstone.zip…
Download failed. Failure when receiving data from the peer

Please help

Hi @jjjmarion8,

Thanks for writing in! You can try installing the plugin via FTP. Download the Cornerstone plugin from here:

/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/cornerstone.zip

Then unzip the plugin directory and upload the parent folder (Make sure it does not have any sub cornerstone folder) to the plugins directory. You can also try uploading the downloaded zip file via WordPress Plugin uploader. Then you need to activate it via Dashboard > Plugins panel.

Destination folder already exists. /home3/djsalisbury/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/

Plugin install failed.

Please help!

Hi There,

Thanks for posting in. Please do login to your hosting via FTP and then go to this folder: wp-content/plugins. Remove Cornerstone folder inside. Then try installing the Cornerstone again via Addons > Install Cornerstone.
