    Hi

    Just installed X theme for the first time and I went to install the required plugins following the tutorial video. There were 5 plugins in total to install. Just 2 of the 5 plugins installed. Having a problem with the below 3 plugins.

    This is what it says:

    The installation and activation process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

    Installing and Activating Plugin X Shortcodes (1/3)
    Downloading install package from http://www.sneakerblock.co.uk/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/x-shortcodes.zip…
    Installing and Activating Plugin Slider Revolution (2/3)
    Downloading install package from http://www.sneakerblock.co.uk/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/revslider.zip…
    Installing and Activating Plugin Visual Composer (3/3)
    Downloading install package from http://www.sneakerblock.co.uk/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/js_composer.zip…
    All installations and activations have been completed.

    Return to Required Plugins Installer

    Please help

    Hey Keith,

    Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry that you’re experiencing some issues. Sometimes errors do arise with this process due to hosting conditions. Can you give us an access to Your WP Admin? Please dont forget to check “Set as private reply” to ensure that your data will remain hidden.

    Once we have access we will be able to look into this issue deeper.

    I seem to be having the same issue as Keith, although none of the recommended plugins have installed correctly:

    Hi, I seem to be having the same problem. I have tried to find the plugins in WordPress and in the downloaded theme to manually upload but cannot find them in either locations. Really not sure what to do?

    Hi Sam,

    Please make sure you are using X 2.5.1

    you can find the plugins bundled with X inside x/framework/plugins, they are all in Zip file and you can automatically upload them via wordpress plugin uploader

    The force regenerate thumbnail and contact form 7 can be found on wordpress plugin repository.

    Hope that clarifies.

    Same problem, can’t install 3 primary plugins. Please help ASAP trying to go live with my website this weekend, thank you

    Hi There,

    You can install them via FTP or using wordpress plugin installer,

    all the integrated plugins are located inside x/framework/plugins just install the zip file one by one,
