How do I include a name, email, and phone number text box into a Convertplug modal popup form to match the three fields in my AWeber email list?
Thank you.

Thanks.
March 22, 2016 at 3:37 am #847575I have viewed that video but it says nothing about including fields other than name and email address and their website will not allow me to login to their support because my license is through you. Therefore, I was hoping you could point me in the right direction. I’ve looked multiple times through everything within the convertplug area and I can’t find anything about how to include custom fields with Convertplug.
Thanks.
March 22, 2016 at 4:50 am #847628Hey there,
I’m sorry but we haven’t tested Aweber on Convertplug yet. The setup is most probably the same as Mailchimp. Please see Connecting Mailchimp With Your ConvertPlug Modal at https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-convertplug/
You can message ConvertPlug support at https://convertplugonx.freshdesk.com/support/home
Thanks.
March 22, 2016 at 5:37 am #847685I have submitted the question to convertplug support.
But while I’m waiting, I also need to identify why I have text “undefined” displaying beneath one of my inline modal popups. I have attached a screenshot showing the code I entered into the Text element (from the ‘Display Inline’ modal popup information). You can see “undefined” displaying below the inline popup at the bottom right corner of the screen.
What am I doing wrong to cause “undefined” to display?
Thank you.

That is the affiliate link of your modal popup. You can remove that by disabling “Become A ConvertPlug Affiliate” under “Advanced Designed Options > Affiliate Link” in your modal popup settings (see: http://prntscr.com/aigb5e).
Thank you!
March 22, 2016 at 5:16 pm #848643The ConvertPlug opt-in forms are behaving ‘bad’. When I enter the name and email address and the click the submit button, after thinking for a moment the forms are displaying a message ”. But what is really weird is that the form then continues as it should to display the correct message (or direct to another page) and it also successfully subscribes the individual. Below is a link to a video I recorded of the behavior. The first opt-in form was behaving fine earlier, but now it is displaying this incorrect wrong message. Yes, I see the irony.

Thank you for your help.
March 22, 2016 at 11:06 pm #848982Hi there,
I temporarily disable the redirect of your popup to see what’s going on. But still, it doesn’t display the detail of the error.
The entries went through successfully, but, yes there should be no error. It could be related to the version since this one is old. You may contact ConvertPlugs author from the provided link or wait for the update along with theme’s bundled plugins.
Thanks!
March 23, 2016 at 2:18 pm #849944When do you plan on updating the version of convertplug within the theme’s bundled plugins?
March 23, 2016 at 5:46 pm #850248Hi there,
There is no news yet, but it shoulds always along with Theme updates.
Thanks and stay tuned.
