Marc MParticipantWhen I have my WordPress installation setup that the latest Blog postings are shown on the homepage, there is no way to view the full posts. The X theme only views excerpts, no matter what you define in the settings.
Is there a way to fix this on my end?

Marc MParticipantFurther it looks like the alert shortcode is not interpreted in the blog listing.

AnonymousInactiveMarc,
Thanks for getting in touch with us. After some internal discussion, it was decided that this would be a good feature to include natively as others might want to show all of their post content on the blog index page as well. We should have an update out for this by tonight along with the updated version of Slider Revolution.
Thanks!

AnonymousInactiveMarc,
We have now included the option in the Customizer to allow full post content to show on blog index pages. Simply click on “Customizer” in the admin menu, then find the “Blog” section in the Customizer after it loads and select the checkbox to do this.
Regarding shortcodes not showing up in the blog listing, when the_excerpt is used (as it was before), WordPress does not display shortcodes. If you select the new feature added, you will be able to show shortcodes on the blog listing page.
Thanks!
