tylervarianParticipantHi. I have made some updates to this site over the past several months. Once I click Save (Cornerstone) the changes automatically appear — PERFECT!! However, my business partner can’t see two changes that I made.
Changes:
1. Image of owner on the homepage. http://69.195.124.107/~tudiofi8/ This is just an empty space on her computer. (This change was made 4 months ago and still does not appear).2. Last week, I added a NEW CLIENT BUTTON (first section) http://69.195.124.107/~tudiofi8/pricing/ She can not see this button or the link on her end.
She has cleared the cache 100’s of times. I am concerned that potential clients will have the same issue. Why do you think this is and how can we fix the issue?
Hardware/ Software: My computer: MacBook Pro OSX ElCapitan | Business partners computer: iMac Desktop 27″OSX Yosemite
Thanks so much for your help!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! Since you have installed a caching plugin WP Fastest Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
I would also recommend that you asked your partner to clear her browser’s cache or use private browsing mode or Chrome’s incognito mode before testing the site. She maybe seeing the cache version in her browser.
Please let us know how it goes.
