Hi I found a similar issue to mine on the above link but those settings are no longer located or available from what I can see.

On almost all of my products the 2nd image isn’t available to view as a thumbnail before opening in lightbox… but they can be opened in lightbox. I’ve tried using force regenerate thumbnails to no avail. Do you know of a solution?

Credentials listed below if needed 🙂

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Looks like your image names are like : xi 2 pot high res v3.jpg Would you kindly use a valid naming like xi-2-pot-high-res-v3.jpg? As it’s being used as data value, I guess it’s not generating properly for it’s unusual naming.
