I’m producing a new website with your fabulous template, but I’m unable to see properly a page with Visual Composer and Masonry Media Grid element. I check html code and seems right, but there must be an issue with css or js code. Nothing appears but a blank space. It’s like the wide of image converts to 0, or they’re waiting for an animation effect to show them that never arrive.
There is no additional css code from my part, or any third-party plugin, that could create issues.
I’m working with “renew” style and with a fixed left nav menu.Could you help me, please?
Thanks a lot.

It seems any other plugin is interfering with Visual Composer. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
August 22, 2016 at 3:04 am #1141109As you can see, I’ve deactivated all third-party plugins (excepting Visual Composer), and the problem remains.
August 22, 2016 at 3:43 am #1141142I have disabled X Integration in your Visual Composer settings. Now the Media Grid shows up. For more details on how Visual Composer is used in X, please see https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-visual-composer/
Thanks.
