CoreyKlinefelterParticipantMy website is coreyklinefelter.com. I have a slide put above the navbar on my page. I tried making the slide with the video background, but I wasn’t able to use it to my liking. So I deleted the background and kept the text as the slide and the background transparent. Then I went to edit page – then scrolled down to slider settings and chose the slider to be above the masthead, and inputted the url for the optional background video and all I get when I view my site is a black screen with the white text from my slide on top. Can you shed some light onto this please?

Paul RModeratorHi Corey,
You need to enter the full url to your mp4 video
eg. http://player.vimeo.com/external/118652789.hd.mp4?s=8456b8577a16b5d2ca013a149f0e3d88

Hope that helps

CoreyKlinefelterParticipantIt wasn’t working for vimeo, but for youtube it worked. Do I need Vimeo Pro to use this feature with videos hosted on Vimeo?

RadModeratorHi there,
If you wish to get the direct URL of a video file from Vimeo, then yes, you need a Pro account.
Thanks!
