Hi There,
Thanks for the credentials, the server seems not serving the fontAwesome files (which are the icons).
Please follow this post: https://community.theme.co/kb/solutions-to-potential-setup-issues-font-awesome/ and read the Enable CORS on IIS 7.0 and Up section.
Hope it helps, Cheers!
May 24, 2016 at 10:08 am #1007391Hello,
Thank you for looking into that, I followed the instructions and it’s still not showing up.
May 24, 2016 at 10:57 am #1007500Hi there,
Thanks for updating. Your fonts are not loading to your site either for CORS or permission issue – http://prntscr.com/b7wef6
A direct link to one of your font file should be http://ignitelifecenter.org/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/fonts/font_awesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff which returns 404 error. So the file/folder permission is not allowing this resource to be accessed by the browser. If you already enabled the CORS then kindly try resetting your WordPress files and folders permissions. The correct settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/
You can ask your hosting provider to make sure the permission was set right and CORS was enabled. If you do these correctly then font will be loaded. So before updating, make sure to do the both.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
May 24, 2016 at 2:07 pm #1007754I am in contact with my hosting company, however we’ve had no luck!
Any other suggestions would be great!
May 24, 2016 at 5:11 pm #1008025Hi There,
Can you login to your server via FTP and confirm if the fontAwesome files are present on this directory:
/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/fonts/font_awesome/
If so, please show the link below to your hosting support and ask them how your site will able to access this files. Not only X|Theme and Cornerstone uses this files but other themes and plugins as well.
If they can’t help you with this, then maybe you might consider moving to a Linux server.
Thanks.
June 3, 2016 at 3:13 pm #1024705Hello,
So I must have take a wrong step and I revised everything I did. The icons are now showing up, however the “Elements” tab still isn’t showing up. I’m wondering could this be another issue?
Thanks
June 4, 2016 at 12:18 am #1025294Hello There,
I did some further investigation. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.2.17 and WordPress 4.5 requires at least 5.6 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host, I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following: - PHP 5.6 or greater - MySQL 5.6 or greater - The mod_rewrite Apache module Looking forward to your reply.
Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

June 8, 2016 at 12:01 pm #1032243Thank you for your help, unfortunately my hosting does not support 5.6 or greater and they advised me to migrate hosting companies. Again, thank you!
