I am having a problem with some of the icons in the Cornerstone builder not showing up. I have attached a screenshot as well as an inspect element. I have tried to increase PHP Memory, Add the items to my htaccess for CORS, add a line to my functions.php to call Font Awesome and no change. I have looked through a bunch of threads but I can’t find this specific issue.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

Please check your Text Element content. If you see   tag then this could be breaking the page. for complete details about that check the thread below.

This is happening on every page on two different sites on two different servers. I’ll check but I don’t think this is the cause.

    Hi There,

Yes, I have confirmed that even in a new page cornerstone is not working well.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

After testing and there is no problem, please get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure the following prerequisite are met in your hosting environment.

    – Requests from “theme.co” should not blocked.
    – “allow_url_fopen” should be enabled.
    – cURL support should be enabled.
    – OpenSSL support should enabled.
    – Secure connection (https) should enabled.

Then try to reinstall your cornerstone and x theme.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

I’ve deactivated all plugins and no change.

I am checking phpinfo at https://tulsawebpro.com/servercheck.php and can see the following:

    • allow_url_fopen is set to on
    • cURL support is enabled
    • OpenSSL/1.0.1e is enabled
    • We are using

I deleted X Theme and Cornerstone. I uploaded a fresh version from TF. Activated it. Reinstalled Cornerstone. And no change. I even activated the main theme and not the child theme and left all of the plugins deactivated.

I’m also helping Novsun with the same issue on a separate site, different server, etc. : https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/elements-not-loading-in-cornerstone-2/

    Hi there,

I installed a Transient Cleaner plugin and cleared your site’s transients. It’s displaying the icons from my end now, would you mind checking it too.

    Thanks and let me know.

    Hello,

I am currently unable to see any icons/elements of the Cornerstone plug in my site.

I have tried other solutions like increasing php space, etc. with no success.

I have attached an image for you to see.
