If I use a shortcode to add a 500px icon for example.

    [x_icon_list_item type=”500px”] something [/x_icon_list_item]

I also get a bullet showing in front of the 500px icon. How do I get rid of that bullet that I don’t want?

OK I figured out that I have to wrap it up in [x_icon_list][/x_icon_list] shortcode to get rid of the bullets.

    BUT

How do I now get rid of all the extra space on top this shortcut creates? Its like there is extra 20-30px of padding on top and I can’t seem to figure out the CSS to reset it to 0px top.

    Thank you!

I don’t have the site public. I’m developing on my local machine. I’m just trying to figure out how to eliminate the space on top that [x_icon_list][/x_icon_list] shortcode adds. Not sure why padding / margin 0 doesnt reset it.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Icon list doesn’t have a margin or padding on top by default.

It could be another element that is causing the issue.

Can you provide us a screenshot of your code and how the entire page looks.

For more information regarding icon list please refer to the link below.

    Thanks

Well it does something… When I use regular text, the text is much closer to the headline above it. When I add icon list, it jumps down about 30px. So there is nothing you could suggest to me unless you see the site?

    Hi,

Yes, we need to see the site to check what is causing the issue.

Here is the site where I have the issue.

    http://www.ikavenergy.com/services/

If you look at all the checkmarks, where I use [x_icon_list][/x_icon_list] there is a gap on top. Like in the “Solar Energy Project Evaluation” section, I’d like them to align to top of the image. Thank you.
