    i have my license number in the validation section of the site and try to press enter and it does nothing. ay ideas? thanks

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! First of all, please go through our validation process here (https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/).

    Also make sure that you’re fully updated including X theme and Cornerstone before entering your license key. You can check the latest version numbers here (https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/).

    If you’re still having issues, please provide us with the following information.

    – Link to your site
    – License key (purchase code)
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi @hauswren

    It’s not a good idea to post a private reply to other user’s thread, you should reply privately on your own thread. I have validated your site and it was causing by a plugin you are using. I am also removing the sensitive info from your reply and next time keep in mind to use your own thread.
