    Hello,

    I purchased two X Theme licenses in recent months. One site (ghstrategies.com) hasn’t started development yet and one site (LakeSuperiorFishing.com and OptimumFishing.com – same site with LSF.com being the primary URL) currently under development. I can only see one purchase assigned to my profile even though I purchased two. Can you please provide me with the purchase codes for each of these and any other details I need to register them? Note, I had the purchase code assigned to OptimumFishing.com but when we migrated the site to the other URL it appears the license key got dropped.

    Your quick help is appreciated as we are in the middle of development.

    Hi There,

    You need to check on your themeforest profile what are those purchase codes.

    If you want to pull them to your account you need to inform us the license numbers in order that we can help you with that.

    Hi Mark.

    To validate a site you first need to add the purchase code to your account. I can see you have only one purchase code added to your account. Let’s add the other one as well. You can follow this guide for help – https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
