    Hi,

    I tried using the the custom 404 plugin with no success and after I tried changing the 404 page using the attached template that I copied in the right folder of the child theme but it’s not working. Can you help me?

    Hi there @rawideas,

    Thanks for writing in!

    You should be able to use our Custom 404 Extension without any issues. Can you tell us the exact issues you faced when using the extension?

    As for the custom 404 template file, make sure you are adding it to the right directory, i.e., x-child/framework/views/global/.
