    I have two different license that go to different sites, however one of the sites still says it is not verified on the wp dashboard but it is in the themco community. What do I need to do?

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Licence Key

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Once i have the site validated.. it should update Slider Revolution…right?

    Yes, if the plugin/extension update is available. You can update it either on the Plugins list page or on the Dashboard > Update page.
