MarmaladeParticipantI have upgrades cornerstone to Version 1.3.3 and icons are missing in designer. The font folder is the location:
…/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/fonts
fontawesome-webfont.woff
fontawesome-webfont.woff2If I delete the folder and put back the original it works.
Please advise what is required.

MarmaladeParticipantWhere and how should I clear the cache? Are you referring to the browser cache?

JoaoModeratorHi there,
Please clean your browser cache.
Please try to install and run Transient Cleaner (https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/).
1. Install Transient Cleaner
2. Navigate Dashboard -> Tools -> Transients
3. Set Clear Expired Transients -> Enable
3. Set Clear Expired Transients -> Clean Now
5. Set Remove All Transients -> Enable
6. Set Remove All Transients -> Optimize Afterwards
7. Set Remove All Transients -> Clean Now
8. Save Changes
9. Recheck your Cornerstone for functionalityIf that does not work, please provide your WordPress Admin Credentials in a private reply.
Hope it helps.

RadModeratorHi there,
The latest cornerstone uses different folder path for fonts, if your site is still looking for the old path then it’s probably due to cache. Still, you can use the temporary fix that you did, it should have no problem. But just make sure the same fonts exist on the new folder path just in case the cache expired.
Thanks!

MarmaladeParticipantThe temporary fix means I go back to an older version of cornerstone. I will do that if I have to but need a more lasting solution. I am about to buy additional licences for other project but am a bit concerned about this issues.
I have used transient cleaner but that has not made any difference.
thanks

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Please purge the cache of your cache plugins, if necessary temporary disable them.
Also please contact your hosting provider and check if they have cache on their side, and as to clear the cache.
Once you have done that, update cornerstone.
I agree running a old version of Cornerstone is not the ideal solution, since you have sensitive information and cannot share we will need to try to help you with some guesses 🙂
Let us know how it goes,
Joao

ChristianModeratorYou’re still using X Version 4.1.0. Please update to the latest version first then check if the issue persists.
Thanks.
