    Hi,

    I am using the eventon plugin and there is an conflict with the x-head.min.js?ver=4.6.4. It makes functioning of the eventon assign button impossible. Take a look here.

    Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Hi,

    Is there a possibility to have a notification when you answered my ticket? Did I mis something?

    I am trying to sign in on an event of Eventon plugin item. This has a RSVP add-on that makes it possible to sign in to RSVP. The button “Meld me aan” is not functioning because of the .js from X-theme. In standard wordpress theme there is no problem. There is no problem with any of the plugins.

    Can you help?

    Do you have customizations in X? If so, please temporarily remove them all including Custom JS then check again. Please note that we could not promise an immediate fix for plugin conflicts.

    Hi,

    No customization. I understand it about plugin issue but I would think that this simple button function would be easy to change. But it is more than you can handle at the moment? Would be shame to let my customer down.

    I solved it. It was not something of X-theme! It had to do with the old Eventon add-on single events. For this add-on there was a folder “Eventon” created in the X-theme folder. When I deleted the folder it solved the problem.
