I don’t see the customizer option in multisite.
How do I manually access it? Putting “customize.php?page=import” after /wp-admin/ doesn’t help much (says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”)https://www.dropbox.com/s/zvkhbbq6wsfz3pt/Screen%20Shot%202014-08-04%20at%207.18.33%20AM.png
August 4, 2014 at 7:42 am #77444Hi Seong-Hoon,
Thanks for writing in!
You need to go each sub site’s WordPress Dashboard then access to Customizer page. For example, if your main domain is http://example.com then http://example.com/wp-admin is your multisite network dashboard. You can’t access Customizer from this network Admin page.
Say you’ve two sub-sites in this multisite, then you need to http://example.com/subsite1/wp-admin & http://example.com/subsite2/wp-admin to access the Dashboard for each sub site. So customizer would be here: http://example.com/subsite1/wp-admin/customizer.php
After following the above rules if you still can’t figure it out then please share your website login info here as private reply, I’ll be glad to fix that.
Have a nice day, Cheers!

November 14, 2014 at 7:33 am #145069Hi Josh,
It may be that you don’t have X enabled as your active theme on the second site in your multisite. Each site in a multisite can run a different theme. Please check that you’ve got X active in your second site.
And if that’s not the problem, we’d be happy to log into your site to take a closer look. Can you send us your website link and login information?
Thanks!
