    Hello

    I have this web http://www.mueveteon.com and before if you click on
    http://www.mueveteon.com/servicios-marketing-digital/
    There were six logo (small images) that were showing there below the text. I can see them in the page, inside the administrator area, but for whatever reason, I dont see them in the web
    Do you know what is going on?

    Hi Ruth,

    Thanks for writing in! It seems you are using Fade in effect for the columns but it’s not working as expected because you are using older version of X with latest Cornerstone. Kindly update your theme to latest version as well.

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    How can update the version? I thought it was already updated. I dont understand the page you sent me does not give me any link to update the template

    Hi Ruth,

    Thanks for updating. There was a known bug on X 4.3.0 with WordPress 4.5 regarding the automatic update. If you are using that version or earlier, kindly update the theme manually for now. You can download the installable theme from themeforest or here – https://community.theme.co/dashboard/

    You can just place the extracted theme folder x under wp-content/themes/ folder using FTP replacing the old theme folder.

    Also please follow the installation video to understand it better – https://community.theme.co/kb/theme-installation/

    After updating theme, everything should be fine and then update all other plugins.

    Hello

    Thanks for the indications. I have tried however and it gives me this message
    File already exists /home/mueveteo/public_html/www.mueveteon.com/wp-content/themes/x/
    Instalations failure

    Or something like that (I have translated it). I have tried to change the name of the file and gives me the same error

    And now I noticed visual composer is not available any more in my site..takes a long time to upload..should I update it as well?

    Hi Ruth,

    Thanks for updating the thread!

    You will need to delete the old copy of the X theme in order to manually install it again. Please go to our Updating Your Theme and Plugins knowledge base article and follow the section “Manual Updates”.
