    Getting this message: Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.

    I click on Details and a dialog box pops up with no message in it.

    I had some kind of issue with the site where WP couldn’t find the DB so I reinstalled it and everything seems to be fine. I then activated X theme and tried to validate, but it failed.

    Please help.

    Thanks for writing in! Please revoke your current licence, then validated your site again.

    If the site doesn’t validate with the key still. Please provide us wp-login credentials and the API key on a private reply, so we can take a closer look.
