    Hi, since yesterday I cannot use Cornerstone on my page: clinicaomegalanzarote.com

    I receive a message: Loading the preview took longer, there may be script conflicts on this page.
    Besides when I check the page with website.grader.com/ they recommend to change to a responsive format!
    Can you give me a clue about the reason of this, please?
    Thanks

    Hi There,

    Thank you for writing in! Please provide us your site URL and login credentials in private reply so we can take a closer look.

    In the meantime, please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Cheers!

    Hi there,

    Could you please try adding the following lines into your wp-config.php file in the root of your WordPress installation.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add the above code, before the following lines:
    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks!

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! I have inspected the page again and it seems that there is an Error 406 when you edit a page using Cornerstone. To fix it, please check this out: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/error-numbers/406-error

    And if you need some help, please ask assistance with your hosting provider. They can easily resolve this Error 406 issue for you.

    Thank you very much, it was indeed an 406 issue, now it is solved and I can use Cornerstone again.

    But it still remains the other issue: when I check my site with website grader (https://website.grader.com/ ) it appear that it is NOT RESPONSIVE ! A week ago when I last checked it, it was ok. I didn’t do important changes on the page since then. So can you tell why is this happening?

    Hi there,

    But it’s okay here https://search.google.com/search-console/mobile-friendly?id=fujSFDOI7lSCQrXetrA8Yg according to google. Maybe the Grader uses a different standard when checking it, you should check it to them. But based on the screenshot provided by Grader site, the texts are overflowing from the layout, hence not responsive. But if you’ll check with google or the actual device, it’s working properly. Maybe the Grader site is not just accurate.

    Thanks.
