Hi,
I have a problem with my xtheme:

I can’t see the builder view inside the backend page mode.
As you know, there are three kinds of view: classic mode (only shortcodes and html code), builder view (with the builder interactive compositor) and frontend builder (when you can work with the frontend elements).

Ok, now I can see only the classic mode and the frontend mode.
Could you please help me?

I have updated the last x theme version (4.6.4) and the WordPress 4.7.2 version.

Hi Stefano,

Xtheme has two page builder you can choose from.

Visual Composer and Cornerstone, I can see both options in your edit page.

Hi there,

You can’t edit that in the cornerstone, it’s visual composer’s shortcode. And it’s probably corrupted or contains old/wrong content formatting. The only solution for that is re-doing it.

Visual composer is based on shortcode composition, any mistake in editing could destroy it. In cornerstone, shortcodes and data are separate, it’s the data that hold the structure to maintain correct formatting.
