November 2, 2016 at 2:25 am #1240360Hi,
Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
November 3, 2016 at 2:09 am #1242005Hi,
Yes but you can said me how the script is loaded in the header please!
Which file contains the header of the script? (Between the “head” tags)
This is your skill I think! Thanks,
Vincent

It seems you are using caching plugin that might still showing the scripts from cache. Let’s try purging your cache.
Thanks!
November 3, 2016 at 2:33 am #1242019Hi,
I don’t use caching plugin and never use one!
November 3, 2016 at 2:37 am #1242023Hi Vincent,
I can see you have “Better WordPress Minify” installed which has caching feature if explore their features. That is it might serve the cached and minified version of your scripts. You can disable the plugin as well that you used to place the script. It’s not really related to X I can assure.
Thanks!

November 3, 2016 at 2:53 am #1242037Hi there,
I can’t guarantee the solution as it’s by a third party plugin but I can have a look to your site for you. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Upon logging in and then checking again, I can’t see the script anymore. This is hotjar tracking code? See this:hotjar. Please clarify if I missed something here.
