Hi There,
I was able to create a page put element on it and delete elements and your Cornerstone seems to be working perfectly on my end.
Are you experiencing this problem with a specific page or all pages in general?
What device and browser are you using it?
Please let us know more details.
Thanks,
Joao

May 25, 2016 at 2:50 pm #1009704Hey there,
Can you please try updating it manually?
Please remove it using FTP and then reinstall it from X addon > extensions
Thanks

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Thanks for the details. I confirm that you could not download or update X theme with automatic updates. Would you mind revalidate your setup. If still not working, download the latest version then update it manually using FTP.
To update manually, please check the link below.

Don’t forget to disable caching plugin before updating.
Hope it helps.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

1] Please follow this link https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/ and update x manually.
2] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
3] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
4] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
5] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.
6] You should be able to update plugins from WP dashboard. And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Hope it helps.

Would you mind opening a new thread? The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. On this new thread, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

June 1, 2016 at 3:17 am #1019589Hey there…!
Even i am facing the same issue of not being able to delete any of my sections/elements with cornerstone. I am currently using WordPress(v: 4.5.2) with X theme(v: 4.2.2).
If i update to the latest version of X theme will i lose my data or will it effect any of my saved settings?
Thanks in advance:)
