Same issue here. Site hangs.
Scared to uninstall and reinstall because I might lose information and settings.
April 18, 2016 at 3:01 pm #888870Hi, Rad. I’m having this same problem and it seems that I’m all up to date. Any chance you could take a look at it for me if I provide for you login credentials?
Thanks
MAApril 19, 2016 at 12:14 am #889291Hi Riccardo,
I’ve checked your site, unfortunately with the login credentials above I can’t access the admin side. It just redirect to /my-account when I tried to access /wp-admin or /admin. Please check and do give us the correct admin link.
@araudio, @intuitiveusa, @matthaiti,
We’re sorry you’re having this issue too. Please do open a new thread and then give us your admin credentials on a private reply so we can check each of your site. We will be happy to help you once we got those information. Thank you for understanding.

ThanksApril 19, 2016 at 2:46 am #889471Hello to all,
Likewise here:
“Congrats! X is active and validated. Because of this you don’t need to validate Cornerstone and automatic updates are up and running.”Please guide me through on how to solve by un-installing and re-installing as allankayak suggest.
April 19, 2016 at 7:41 am #889919Hey Damyo,
First, deactivate then delete Cornerstone in Plugins (see attachments). X will install it automatically again.
Thanks.
April 21, 2016 at 6:08 pm #894460This is happening to me too. I have version 1.1.3 of Cornerstone and there is no update. It also won’t let me deactivate.

DebApril 22, 2016 at 2:43 am #894911Same issue! Can’t update to 1.1.4. Should be automatically updating, says I have latest version when I check Plugins for available updates and I am on 1.1.3. I am scared to uninstall and reinstall bit of a novice.
April 22, 2016 at 12:33 pm #895651Hi there,
Kindly try to login through FTP then go to wp-content/themes/plugins then delete the current cornerstone folder that is in there then log back in to your WordPress admin page then install Cornerstone again. It should let you install the latest version.
Let us know how it goes.

Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. all latest versionMay 2, 2016 at 4:08 pm #909783Hi There,
I did check your site. You have an up to date WordPress (v4.5.1), but your X|Theme (v4.3.1) and Cornerstone (v1.1.3) is few update behind.
Update the Cornerstone to the latest version (1.2.4) and it should be resolved. But you need to update the X|Theme to its latest version (4.4.2) first, to fully compatible with the latest Cornerstone.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers!
