    The site hangs when I try to delete element or section from the page. When I answer “yep’ to the prompted question
    if I am sure I want to delete, the site freezes. It started happening a couple of days ago on two different sites that I develop. PLease help!

    I started having the same problem today. Any time the confirmation side bar (“Are you sure you want to delete?” and “How do you want to insert this block?”) comes up, my selection isn’t registering. The sidebar just stays up. It doesn’t freeze the whole site though. I can click back onto an element and continue editing. I just can’t delete anything.

    Hi everyone,

    This has been confirmed to be an issue with old versions of Cornerstone after updating to WordPress 4.5

    Try updating Cornerstone to the latest version (1.2.4) and it should be resolved.

    Should be available from automatic updates if your theme or cornerstone is validated. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply?

    Same issue here – I just started working to a deadline and found I cant delete anything…

    Update – uninstalled theme and child + cornerstone – re-installed – seems to be working now

    Same problem, but I can’t figure out how to update the theme and Cornerstone. It’s supposed to be automatic but clearly isn’t even though the site is validated. How do I override this so I can do a simple update of the theme and the plugin?
