    Hello,

I am trying to upload an infographic image that is 1200px x 5900px into a blog post.

When I upload it to the media library it will show those dimensions. As soon as I add it to a Text box or Image box in my blog post it resizes to 267px x 800px.

I am assuming there is a max height of 800px for images setting somewhere but I can not find it.

    Thoughts?

    Thank you,

    Jason

    Hi there,

Please provide us with URL of page in question and let us know which image is causing issue.

Note that you image dimensions are not suitable at all for website, try to resize the height.

    Hope it helps.

A link to an example is: http://www.themadronagroup.com/10-steps-buying-home-realtor-infogrpahic/

The infogrpahic image. Every time I load it into the Media library it gets resized.

I don’t want the image to be that big… but I want it bigger than it is letting me.

This isn’t a feature of X. Looks like you’re using Jetpack Photon. Please deactivate it or try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks.
