    I accidentally updated Revolution slider V4.6.0 to 4.6.5, how do I get it back, or downgrade to V4.6.0?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    From your theme, you should get the bundled Rev. Slider plugin at /wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/revslider.zip. Get that plugin and extract it, then overwrite your existing plugin at /wp-content/plugins/

    Is this using a FTP WS like FileZilla or Transit?
    in the /wp-content/plugins/ I have a revslider FOLDER… Do I have to unzip the extracted rev slider.zip before overwriting the /wp-content/plugins/revslider as instructed?

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    You can use filezilla.

    Yes, you need to unzip revslider.zip then upload the unzip revslider to /wp-content/plugins
    overwriting your existing revslider FOLDER.

    All done but still on Revolution Slider v4.6.5 it did not go back to v4.6.0 do I need to reset/restart something?

    By the way, I recently updated to X 3.2.3 what is the REV version of Revolution Slider that comes bundled with X 3.2.3?

    Hi There,
    The REV version of Revolution Slider that comes bundled with X 3.2.3 is 4.6.5 .
    So that you no need to overwriting your existing revslider anymore.
