    I believe that it was not done on purpose. I think he was just being too straightforward to the point of being a little offensive.

    I will forward this thread to Rupok now so that he could see your reply regarding on how the way he responded to your inquiry and could learn how to respond well for his next response.

    I am really sorry to see you disappointed here. As I mentioned “We kindly ask to…” I actually requested you to search on the forum. I am really sorry to see that it hurts you somehow as we always try hard only to see you happy. Seeing you happy means a lot to us, trust me! And at the same time it’s really disheartening to see you unhappy. Hope you will understand that it was not meant like this.
