Hi again,
Another support member here, I’m also not able to login. Is there any IP restriction at your end? Please disable it for a while so we can check your site.
Thanks!
January 10, 2016 at 7:10 am #739491Hi there
Been on the phone to go-diddly, they were a bit confused and checked their end.. and there are no IP restrictions.
If you are however using a IP, VPN or something that has been blacklisted for spamming they cannot change that just for me.
They carried out a check of everything and there was a minor problem.. however this has been corrected and both I and
the godaddy guy managed to FTP and login using normal screens.
Is it now working? or do you have any ideas??
Regards
James
January 10, 2016 at 2:18 pm #739799Hi James,
The login works now, and tested the upload through cornerstone. It works, but it takes much time before it displays my upload.
When I inspected it with cornerstone and inserted an image, it actually downloaded a 500mb size of response and crashes. This is very odd, and your site has a very slow processing power. This is more related to your hosting, the upload works but just takes time, maybe GoDaddy has scheduled batch processing of images?
And if you’re going to check network logs through browser developer tools, the requests has never finished for ajax, resulting to 500mb download and still goes up. Would you mind requesting error logs from them?
And please remove this from your customizer’s custom javascript. You shouldn’t place it there,
<span id=”siteseal”><script type=”text/javascript” src=”https://seal.godaddy.com/getSeal?sealID=1YDQTDpQImzTDLoFGYGmvkahVmoAoRpXPT0FP9fVUaYtDPy3mrlbRoEcDo0X”></script></span>
Thanks!

Thank you for updating the thread! If you can request the error logs from your hosting provider, maybe that will help us in investigating the issue. In the mean time try re-installing the Cornerstone plugin via Dahsboard > X Addons > Extensions
Let us know how this goes!
January 12, 2016 at 1:36 pm #742998Hi there
Un-installed cornerstone and deleted it, Went to X Extensions to re-install it and its still installed and active?
Tries several times with the same result..
Which error logs am I supposed to be asking for? As the error log I asked for they cannot provide because all the sites on that server would come up on the one I requested. They won’t share that info at all!
Regards
James
January 12, 2016 at 7:51 pm #743466Hello James,
Please delete Cornerstone via FTP. Login to your hosting and delete Cornerstone folder from wp-content/plugins.
Then try to install it again from Addons > Extensions. It is an error log for your site only and not the entire server error logs.
Hope this helps.

January 14, 2016 at 1:52 am #745561Hello James,
That must be a GoDaddy thing. WordPress update button may have been displayed in your site. In order to update WordPress, you have to do it in your web panel. To know more detailes, please check it here: https://uk.godaddy.com/help/upgrading-to-a-new-version-of-a-hosting-quick-install-application-1737
Now that WP is updated, is the issue still the same? Please let us know.
