    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in and for providing the login information. It appears that there were files that were corrupted. I would highly recommend that you re upload the latest X theme and the X child theme. It would also be nice if you could re install WordPress installation files.

    Once installed, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thank you, it’s solved!
    It was fine before i installed facebook comments plugin from x theme, and now i’m afraid to install it back.

    Hi there,

    That means you are having some fatal error. Can you enable WP_DEBUG mode? You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
    define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true ); just above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ For example:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */`

    When you revisit the page with the white screen, you should have some error output describing the issue in more detail.
