    Hi,

    My website, http://www.sansoftwareevents.com isn’t displaying the HTML 5 Video slider correctly across all platforms. It appears to change the text font on different platforms too. How can I fix this?

    Hi There,
    Thanks for writing in.
    First, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
    If this issue still occurs, please provide us your login credentials so we can take a closer look.

    Hi there,

    MP4 is widely used video format and supported by most of the browsers. Please use either .MP4 or .WEBM video format. Please review this (under “HTML Video – Browser Support”): http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp

    Ok I updated everything. Now my entire site’s code is off and terrible. How can I resort to the style of the website before the change??

    Hey there,

    You’re website looks fine on my end. Can you give us screenshots of the issue? Regretfully, there is no way to revert your site to a previous state without having backups. Do you have backups?
