    Hello everybody!

    I’m having issues changing the meta tags for search engines with x themes, I have YOAST Seo for WordPress but I can’t change them with this plug in. I want to change the meta description of certain pages when they’re found in search engines.

    I’d really appreciate your help on this,

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Upon installing Yoast SEO plugin and having changed the tags, descriptions and keywords, you cannot expect that it will change in the search engine’s results automatically. You’ll have to wait for the search engine to re index your site before the changes takes place. Maybe you have to contact Google to re index your site.     Yes, I already knew that but now, I don’t really know how to change the meta tags and meta description in X Theme with Yoast SEO, like where do I have to go in the WP Dashboard? I know it needs to go under Google’s analysis.

    I appreciate your help!

    Thanks for updating in! Since you have installed the Yoast SEO plugin, the plugin will take of those keywords and description. Please do check out the documentation: https://yoast.com/wordpress-seo/#basicseo
