Hi,
How do you change the image dimensions for Lightbox under Woocommerce – Settings – Display and Lightbox. The option to tick to use Lightbox is there but no settings. At the moment images take up the full screen in Lightbox on products, which is too big as users have to scroll around to see the product instead of it being in full shot immediately.
Please see the screenshots. The first shows the size I like the image to be. For some reason, on this product that is the size it shows for the first product image. I don’t remember it being this size on other products.
The second image is the size shown on the same product and other products. This is the size I want to reduce.
I have EWWW Image Optimiser in Settings as a plugin. The max is set to 1200 x 1600. Images uploaded are that size or larger.
So reducing Lightbox size should not affect the image quality right? As a reduction in dimensions from 1200 x 1600 is not a problem? It’s only enlarging?
In EWWW, it allows me to Resize Media Images to maximum dimensions in Advanced Settings but there is no mention of Lighbox.
Thank you.

Please don’t enable WooCommerce lightbox as X includes iLightbox for product gallery out of the box (see attachment) and it restricts the image in the window. The cause of your issue does not come from X. Please contact the developers of the plugins involved in your system especially the image optimizer.
Thanks.
March 9, 2017 at 9:12 am #1400615Hi,
How do you switch iLightbox on? Does it need coding as this is a very last minute issue that I didn’t expect.Plus Lightbox photos are very important.
Please could you help with any code and step by step detailed instructions on how to enable iLightbox for all product images.
Thank you.
March 9, 2017 at 6:10 pm #1401223Hi there,
It’s shortcode implementation and needed to be manually added to the content. Though you don’t need to do that and there must be a confusion as the lightbox works okay on my view, with no issues with the sizing.
And the lightbox I’m currently seeing is different from your screenshot, and it’s a plugin. I guess you figured out the issue 🙂
Thanks!
