I am not sure where you have added the PDF link but you have placed wrong link (http://segwayminipro.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/12-10-15-draft-TA-FA-Segway-Credit-Application-CLEAN-21.pd what should be http://segwayminipro.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/12-10-15-draft-TA-FA-Segway-Credit-Application-CLEAN-21.pdf).

Please check and make sure the links are correct with proper extension.
