I’m trying to add a simple Mailchimp signup form to my site’s fixed header so when you scroll down, the signup form and menu items follow you.
Here’s the link to my site: http://sandbox.keysnkrates.com
I’ve been looking at the forums but not sure even what Mailchimp plugin to use?
Please help!
February 13, 2016 at 6:33 am #794099Hi there,
Please install ‘mailchimp’ plugin from X Addons -> Extensions. Create your form and add its shortcode under Customize -> Header -> Topbar. Then we’ll help you to fixed topbar area.
Thanks.

I’ve attached a screenshot of where I’d like to email signup form to go. I want it to be on one horizontal line with email signup and subscribe button only.

Make sure you followed this walkthrough to setup Email form and integrate Mailchimp : https://community.theme.co/kb/extension-email-forms/
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
February 23, 2016 at 2:33 pm #809161I followed those steps and still not showing up in the header, but when I add it to a page or widget it works. Is there a header setting I need to adjust? Not sure what’s going on here.
February 24, 2016 at 12:22 am #809735Hi there,
Sorry for the confusion!
It’s not possible to add the form in the header. If you wish to have a sticky topbar email form or a popup modal perhaps, you may want to use a our new bundled extension ConvertPlug. You can find more information on it in our this knowledge base article: https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-convertplug/
Thank you!
