Hello,
Slider Revolution is listed as one of free add-ons to the X theme. However, it is shown as Not activated in my wordpress.
The only way to activate it is to enter the purchase code. I tried to enter the X Theme purchase code, and it was not accepted.Could you please tell me how can I get that plugin activates (without paying for it separately, as it is claimed to be included in the package I already bought)?
Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! There is no need to activate Slider revolution. We are the ones who will be providing the updates. To fully understand how we utilized this plugin in X, please check out this page from our knowledge base: https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-revolution-slider/
Hope this helps.
September 16, 2016 at 6:28 am #1178043Hi Rue,
Thanks for coming back.I’m afraid it doesn’t really answer my question. I want to use Slider revolution templates, and the only way to get to them is to login to their system online.
As you can see on the screenshot the plugin shows as ‘Not activated’ – which means I can’t use Slider’s templates. Unless I activate it. And the plugin asks me to pay for activation.
My question is: how can I activate it (given that it was included in the X theme purchase I’ve made)? As you can see on the screenshots 2 and 3, I open the ‘Add slider from the template’ from wordpress and Slider revolution thinks that the plugin is not installed – and I can’t use the template (as you can see it offers me to install the plugin). I believe that the reason for that is because the plugin is not activated. Which returns us to my main question:
How can I activate it (given that it was included in the X theme purchase I’ve made)?Thank you.

KatyaSeptember 16, 2016 at 6:29 am #1178047Or alternatively, how can I use their templates without activating the plugin?
If I can’t use their templates the plugin is pretty useless for me!September 16, 2016 at 11:10 am #1178364Hi There,
Here you have some really nice free templates:

If you would like their premium templates that require activation you will need to purchase Slider Revolution.
Hope that helps

September 17, 2016 at 10:52 am #1179430Hello,
Thank you, that helped.
I now try to install the slider on my site and don’t manage to.
I’ve added it to the ‘Widgets’ section. I’ve tried adding it to the Header 1 and to the Header 2 – no success. The slider gets added but doesn’t show (see the screenshots).
Could you please tell me how to make the slider show? Thanks

Thank you for the clarifications! Please keep in mind that the Header 1 and Header 2 widget areas appears on top. You can view this widget areas after you click the plus icon.
Where do you want to display the sliders? If you want it to display above the header or below the navbar, you’ll have to edit the page and assign the slider in the Slider Settings. Please check out this: https://community.theme.co/kb/sliders/
Hope this helps.
