mattvalleParticipantHi,
I have a production website and an other one that i’d like to use as a development website to try to implement woocommerce on the production website.
Their URLs are fairly different (development is not a subdomain).
I entered the “development URL” onMY ACCOUNT / MANAGE LICENSESbut it doesn’t seem to be functioning since I get this message :
Your license of X is not validated. Place your Envato purchase code or Themeco license to unlock automatic updates, access to support, and Extensions. Learn more about product validation or manage licenses directly in your Themeco account.
Can you help ?
Thank you by advance for your return !
Best regards.April 14, 2016 at 1:46 pm #882862

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Even if you already have assign your main site and dev site with your license, you still have to validate each of the site. Please login to the site you need to validate and go to X Addons > Home. Please insert the license code and it will get validated because you have assign it in your account already. To know more about how you can properly validate your X theme, please check out our knowledge base here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Please let us know how it goes.
