David,
Thanks for your kind words! Always means a lot to us as we are continually striving to bring the best setup in WordPress to our customers. 🙂
The font we are using on Integrity 1 is Lato, and it is the default font used by X if you do not have Enable Custom Fonts selected under the Typography section of the Customizer.
Regarding changing the design of your header, you can easily turn on or off your topbar, the header widgets area, and your breadcrumbs using the Customizer. In the topbar you can add new content on the left hand side and turn on or off social icons using the links in the Social section of the Customizer. Additionally, you can set the height of your navbar along with the size, color, and weight of your logo and links. As you can see, there is a lot of flexibility afforded to the header section in the Customizer. If you do not have a lot of experience working with child themes, updating theme functions, overwriting theme templates, and implementing custom HTML and CSS, we recommend that you do not try to edit the header beyond these many options available to you in the Customizer as it can be a daunting experience even for the most knowledgeable WordPress user.
Let us know if you need anything else!
January 8, 2014 at 3:21 am #4267when we type our font, there is no option to select lato… there is a drop down for styles and we selected very_large_text
? so maybe thats why its not right on the downsize to mobile? bad choice of style? where would lato be in the style drop down?
January 8, 2014 at 3:38 am #4272Hey David,
Make sure that you go into the Customizer > Typography and click the checkbox Custom Fonts only then you will see the font-family drop-downs and in there the first entry is Lato.
Indeed bad choice of styling can be an issue, the best thing is to play a bit around with different styles and see what works. Let me know if you need anything else.
January 8, 2014 at 4:01 am #4274this is already checked “enabled custom fonts” but when within the slider editing the text of the slides, I am struggling to work out what style you have used from the drop down, there is no option for Lato when you select the style
sorry to keep asking, just not understanding which one you used, so that I can get mine to work better on monbiles, shrinks so small 🙁
January 8, 2014 at 4:19 am #4280Hey David,
when you are in Revolution Slider you can click “Edit Style” and then you have a field called “Font Family” just copy paste “Lato, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, sans-serif” in there. This should do the trick.
January 8, 2014 at 4:23 am #4281Done that thank you 🙂 is there anyway I can email you my wp-admin login, because the font looks awful on mobile, I really want to be able to get looking like yours on demo 1
if you could provide email id I could send it over… would really appreciate it, bangin my head against wall lol 🙂
