    Hi There,

    For the menu, navigate to Appearance > Customize and under the Header panel adjust the Navbar Letter Spacing.

    Regarding the email form, please navigate to Addons > Email Forms. Copy your Form shortcode, then navigate to Appearance > Widgets there you will see a sidebar named Content Dock put a Text widget on that and paste the Forms shortcode you just copied.
