RahulModeratorHi there,
Please add favicon under Customize -> Site Icons.
When setting the path to your favicon, make sure you are using the β.icoβ format.A 152Γ152 PNG should be used for your touch icon, and a 144Γ144 PNG should be used for your tile icon.Hope it helps.

RupokMemberHi there,
Let me explain this a bit for you. This little icon that shows on browser Tab called Favicon. You can set the Favicon from Customize > Site Icons – http://prntscr.com/e88ac6
Favicon image should be “.ico” format and the dimension should be 32×32 or 64×64. Assuming you don’t have any .ico but you should have .jpg or .png for the icon you are trying to use. So you can use a site like this – http://www.favicon.cc/ to generate your Favicon and download to your PC. Then upload it from WordPress Dashboard > Media and grab the URL. Then place the image URL within Customize > Site Icons > Favicon (Set path to image below).
Hope this explains better.
Cheers!

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. Looks like you have added this as Favicon – http://virtzy.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Virtzylogo6464.png and it’s showing fine – http://prntscr.com/e9rko5
It might not appear on your end immediately due to cache. However I’d suggest to use the name favicon.ico for the image and place on the root of your site using FTP. That is it should be accessible here – http://virtzy.com/favicon.ico
However it’s working fine that you already selected and you are good to go.
Cheers!

LelyModeratorHi There,
I can that you have added this:http://virtzy.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Virtzylogo6464.png
But then the meta generator of revslider was also adding the following icon:
http://virtzy.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/cropped-VirtzyLogoFinal-e14407236571391-32×32.png
http://virtzy.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/cropped-VirtzyLogoFinal-e14407236571391-192×192.png
http://virtzy.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/cropped-VirtzyLogoFinal-e14407236571391-180×180.pngSee attached screenshot.
Can you try the script here to remove revslider generated meta:https://www.themepunch.com/faq/remove-meta-tag/Do let us know how this goes.

FriechModeratorHi There,
You can paste back your Email Form shortcode on Appearance > Widgets > Content Dock.
I don’t see the Cornerstone asking for license, either way do not worry about that if you have a license of x|theme and your site is validated. We will deal with that later if it really causing an issue.
This is your new favicon right? It is working on my end now. Please clear your browser’s cache or try previewing the page on a different browser.
I’m afraid you have a bigger issue, your site is already in latest WordPress and so does your Cornerstone. But your X|Theme is out of date (v4.1.1), you need to address this to avoid incompatibility issue. Update the extensions as well, you can refer to the link below for the latest versions.
Before you update the theme, please navigate to Addons > Customizer Manager > Export and download your Customizer settings. Keep this file on your local machine just in case your customizer setting gets reset.
Updating Your Theme and Plugins
I suggest you do the Manual Updates. See the MANUAL X UPDATE VIA FTP part on the link provided above.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers!
