    Hi There,

    Upon checking, it is part of the Revolution Slider. Go to your Homepage > Page settings> Slider Settings: Below Masthead. Check which slider it is. Then on Admin > Revolution Slider > Edit this specific slider to remove those innovate header.

    Hope this helps.
