    I can’t find the element for it, is it image or slider or something else?

    I just want a full width image with text on top that I can manipulate.

    Hey there,

    Please use Slider Revolution with the Hero slider type. You can choose your slider upon adding the Slider Revolution element in Cornerstone. See https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/ for Slider Revolution usage instruction.
