    I tried following the instructions at this link (https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/image-hover-3/) but it doesn’t seem to work. Kindly advise.

    Hi there,

    Can you please provide your URL and be more specific where you would like to achieve this hover effect.

    Also please provide your WP Admin credentials and mark the reply as private in case we need to have a deeper look.
