    Hi,

    My website it theoutdoorarmory.com

    Issue is this link: https://theoutdoorarmory.com/brands/gsi-outdoors/

How come it looks like that when my settings have “global layout” and “4 rows” ? See attached screen cap.

    I don’t get it.

    Hi there,

Upon checking, I see that you’re using a 3rd party plugin to generate that content (WooCommerce Brands PRO). Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi,

I got the following feedback from the support of WooCommerce.

I actually agree with it. This is a design issue and not from the plugin. I don’t know if X has already ‘mastered’ WooCommerce integration. Seems there’s lots of bugs going on.

Please help. I need this. Just this once.

    Hi there,

Wrong, woocommerce has its own set of templates. Twenty theme has no woocommerce template, but it works with woocommerce. That’s because woocommerce manages its own templates. You can check its templates under /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/

But, any theme can integrate its own set of templates. It doesn’t need to create all templates, it only needs to add few templates that needed integration. X’s woocommerce custom templates are located at /wp-content/themes/x/woocommerce/ and they are just very few.

The shop column setting only applies to shop templates, even if you check it here /wp-content/themes/x/woocommerce/, there are no archive templates for woocommerce. It uses the default archive templates of the WordPress, wich is the index.php. If you wish to control the layout of an archive page, then you should change it to Admin > Appearance > Customizer > Blog > Archive Layout.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Check out the WooCommerce support ticket here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/my-woocommerce-brands-page-looks-funny?replies=4#post-8367198

    The latest post is this:

“If the image settings are missing, your theme is hiding them and may have its own settings. ”

As you can see there are no images dimensions to be found on my dashboard. This is weird.
