Title says it all! I just want the most recent two or three tweets and single most recent Facebook post.

If you don’t know and this is a “third party question,” could I get a hint as to how others might be doing it?

You can use following plugins to embed Twitter and Facebook:

For example, you can create a page using Cornersone and then place their shortcode using Raw Content element.
