    Thanks for writing in!

    Have you connected the social media accounts with Jetpack? Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Diana,

    Everything looks fine and it should work fine for the post. Is it okay if we add a test post to your site to check the option? It will automatically post it to your connected social media if it works.

    No, it doesn’t.
    I contacted Jetpack guys.
    I can’t add text to posts, I can’t check the boxes under publicize menu…
    It doesn’t seem to jive at all.
    I’ll let you know.

    Jetpack seem to be blocked somewhere.
    I downloaded two plugins that will help autopost and Follow Us and Share This on the posts.
