Hi, I’m using X for a new project hosted at pantheon.io. The setup for WordPress there gives developers 3 environments, DEV, TEST and LIVE. Each has its own url, so I’m going to run into an issue of X / Themeco allowing only 1 dev server alongside the production server. I will need to Verify these:
    http://dev-cambodiaschools.pantheonsite.io/
    http://test-cambodiaschools.pantheonsite.io/
    http://live-cambodiaschools.pantheonsite.io
and then eventually for go live cambodiaschools.com
Can you assist me in this matter so I do not have to purchase additional licenses?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Daniel,

We’re sorry but we only provide dev license as most WordPress setups only require dev and live. What you can do is to revoke the license on the dev site once you’re finished working on it then assign the license to the test site.

    Thank you for understanding.

Pantheon requires ongoing use of all 3 domains. Dev brings in upstream changes such as WordPress core updates, test brings WP and plugins from Dev and content / database changes from Live, and Live duplicates the custom domain (in my case, cambodiaschools.com, which is a mirror of live-cambodiaschools.pantheonsite.io), so the proposed solution would not work. As Pantheon is a very popular hosting solution for WordPress of late, perhaps you could put support for this setup on your developers’ roadmap. As is, the theme is not really usable on the Pantheon platform, which is a really good market for Themeco.

    Hi There,

1 license can hold 2 domain validated. one for the live site and one for the dev site however you can always revoke the license to use it in other domain. In your case, I could see that you can install X theme one by one in domains then validate your dev and live site only or validate domain which are not needed to be validated.

    For product validation guide: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks.
