    Hi

For a new project i was asked if it was possible to have portfolio images as horizontal scroll (at least for laptops/desktops) like in this example.

I want to build this new project again in theme.co’s X of course 😉 but this is an essential part of the project and a definite wish of the client so i want to make sure this is possible (in combination with sidebar like in icon 1 (where i would not show the menu in main part of screen, just sidebar or maybe use it like integrity 4 … but that’s another thing that this question is not about)

    thanks

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! You forgot to provide the example 🙂 can you please please share a link to a similar example site or perhaps some screenshots?

Apparently it seems like it might not be possible without custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer.

    Thanks!

    Hi…

sorry i seem to have forgotten the link to the example 😉 here it is: http://www.nhuxuanhua.com/

I am sure it will need custom development, but maybe you could give me a clue in which direction to look… would this be a category with posts with a featured image where the overview is give a lot of width and the post excerpts in it are floating left?

    Thanks

    Hi,

You can try this third party plugin

    https://www.wonderplugin.com/wordpress-carousel/

But please note that we haven’t tested this in Xtheme so it might have some conflicts.

    Hope that helps.

hmm, than i would just as easy be using layerslider but it is not exactly what i am looking for.

i guess i’m gonna have to try my option with setting a larger width and 100% height or something

    Hi,

You can also achieve that with some css.

Please refer to the link below.

    Hope that helps.
