Hello, i hired somebody to implement paypal adaptive payment plugin,

the company provided a hook to setup the second receiver..

but the guy tells me the hook is not firing up with your theme,

do you know why ?

well i hired a guy yesterday to implement this hook :

apply_filters(‘fp_receiver_information’,$data_array, $this->get_option(‘_payment_mode’), $order_id)”

it’s for paypal adaptive payment, he tells me that the hook is not firing. Maybe he just didn’t do the job i don’t know but i wanted to know if there is anything special about that theme i must do for implementing hooks

we’re just trying to set an email that is a custom field from the checkout window of woo-commerce to be used as second receiver.. this plugin, seem to copy the wootheme adaptive payment plugin.

the guys said that this theme does not support the hooks. that it’s because of X which surprise me since X has been the best theme i ever used.. it this is true, this is putting me in a deep issue.

We could have a look at what’s currently implemented on your site. But please note that since this is a customized code we are checking, we cannot guarantee a solution although X for a fact supports hooks.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials
